Adexen Agency Services Ghana Ltd. is mandated by an international co-ordination and logistics Company to recruit a Relocation Manager for its operations in Ghana. The position is based in AccraJob description
The Relocation Manager will assist customers in relocation projects and grow local business through sales and marketing activities. The Manager will operationally report to the Branch manager whilst functionally reporting to the Project ManagerResponsibilities
- Manage all customers’ requests and ensure that suppliers/partners are meeting their commitments
- Assist clients in accommodation search, settling in and departure
- Assist clients with all procedures for working abroad, compliance with the local legislation of the customer
- Update information on regular basis on IT tools
- Set up a local sales activity plan and meet potential customers
- Set up and maintain price policy
- Develop and grow local business as per the business plan
- Launch new services as per required by local customers
- Create local marketing plan and Collect customer feedback
- Adapt marketing tools and ensure permanent quality control
- Select, screen and identify local suppliers
- Agree and sign partnership agreements
- Obtain necessary quotes from suppliers
- Ensure that all Suppliers invoices are processed, reconciled and handed in for payment
- Ensure service delivery commitments
- Follow up on customer’s satisfaction once project completed
- Implement new ideas to improve on service delivery
- Report on regular basis to management (Sales, Activity report and Project costing)
Qualifications Experience
- First Degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years in service industry
- Ability to Manage work flow and planning
- Understand matrical organization
- Respect deadlines
- Experience in dealing with suppliers
- Experience in international environment
- Second European language (French, Spanish, etc.) is desirable
- Accurate Knowledge of immigration process
- Experience in dealing with a variety of customers, (external and internal)
- Excellent spoken and written communication Skills
- Computer literate
- Good Report writing skills
- Ability to Multi-task, Sales management, Marketing activities, Suppliers management and Project driven
