The Employer Brand Specialist will:- Support the development of Employer Brand strategy in Central Africa to meet business ambition to be number one employer of choice in Africa using the company’s repeatable model tool.
- Champion activation of Employer Brand strategy in every Central Africa Market through competitive, exciting, relevant and cost-effective attraction activities solutions
- Reviews data from insights of attraction dynamics of the talent market in Central Africa and incorporate into company Employer Brand strategy and Activities.
- Ensure consistent and effective activation of Employer Brand activities aligned to Employer Brand Central Africa Strategy to meet Business ambition of becoming the number one employer of choice in Central Africa.
- Capture build and share internal and external Knowledge.

Qualifications Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Related Field
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
- Well exposed, global and brand mindset
- Ability to manage clusters
- Fluency in a second language (French) is key
- Should have overall experience in Project management, Business Strategy and Formulation, Operational business exposure, Career development, employer Brand, Business process design and management, Recruitment and Talent Management
- Strong analytical and financial skills
