Job Description
A telecommunication services company needs the services of a qualified candidate to fill this position
Responsibilities:
- Perform Commissioning, debugging and troubleshooting of GSM and UMTS BTS
- Swap existing Telecom Equipment and materials such as BTS cabinet, Duplexer, Rectifier TMA, RET, ATS, Navigation light, Security Light, and RF Feeders and Jumpers from old to new ones
- Install new equipment according to specified, quality standard.
- Perform active equipment cut-over during low traffic hours in the night
- Gain knowledge of IP, CDMA and SDH, PDH, Fiber Transport Technologies
- Demonstrate Technical and management skills
- Multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
- Familiarize with different manufacturers BTS and Microwave Products

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Degree in a related field
- 1-3 years experience
- Candidate must be willing to learn new telecoms products within the shorted time
- Sound Knowledge of IP, CDMA and SDH, PDH, Fiber Transport Technologies
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills on BTS and Microwave
- Demonstrated Technical and management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
