Our client
Adexen Agency Services Ghana Ltd. is mandated by an international co-ordination and logistics Company to recruit a Sales Manager for its operations in Ghana. The position is based in Accra.Job description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for Marketing the Company's product and effectively managing the sales function. The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager.Responsibilities
- Visit existing corporate clients
- Secure new business and deal with client queries effectively and timely
- Accurately complete and capture Estimators Report
- Produce accurate quotations
- Follow-up on all quotes
- Develop and control Sales budget and Manage performance of Sales Teams through regular performance appraisals
- Advise Branch Manager on performance of Sales Teams
- Ensure that commission scheme is effective for all sales staff
- Effectively manage disciplinary or grievance issues
- Ensure that own and Sales team's skills remain up-to-date
- Provide supervision to Sales staff through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks.
- May also from time to time be asked to perform other duties, as operational requirements dictate
Qualifications et experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales or Related Field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Computer literate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales or Related Field
- A Master’s degree is desirable
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner and commitment to customer service
- Confidentiality, Proactive, Excellent Personality and Good knowledge of world geography
