Location: Lagos
- Will handle corporate accounting, budget and tax aspects of the company and relate with the Joint Venture partners and others on financial, accounting, tax aspects of the JV and report to the Finance Director
- Prepare and book monthly cash reports & calls to JV partners
- Manage statutory audits and ensure maintenance of adequate internal control
- Will serve as JOC Secretary
Specific Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, finance or related discipline plus professional accounting qualification
- 8 years work experience (4 years in upstream oil and gas finance & accounting, including JV accounting)
- Familiarity with IDEAS accounting software would be a major plus
