POSITION: QUALITY CONTROL CHEMIST (REF:QC 11)
THE JOB: Reports to the Quality Control Manager.Responsibilities include routine chemical analysis of raw materials;rheological analysis of flour samples;evaluation of production samples;
daily collation & interpretation of reports and supervision of the chemical laboratory shift operations.Assists in analyzing
customer observations and benchmarks finished products analysis against agreed standards in the company and subsidiaries.

QUALIFICATION: B.Sc./HND in Chemistry or Food Science & Technology.Relevant training course at the South Afican Grain Laboratory[SAGL]or a similar training centre will be an advantage.
THE PERSON:A team player,proactive,organized with good interpersonal and analytical skills; practical hands-on knowledge of rheological equipment including Glutomatic System,Farinograph,Extensograph,Alveograph,High Perfomance Liquid Chromatography[HPLC] & Falling Number.Should be willing to work shifts patterns and travel pan Nigeria to support subsidiaries companies when necessary.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years working experience and proficiency in equipment listed above
