Commercial Export Sales Manager Francophone West Africa.
Our client is a leader in the FMCG sector is seeking for a highly competitive,experience professional to join her team. Their products are distributed across multiple channals, and they place high level of importance on Quality and service offere to Customers.
The Successful candidate, who will be reporting to the Group Sales Director, must be a professional who shares the same passion, vision and understands Customer Excellence. He/She must be a person who can ensure effective & efficient co-ordination of the Sales Force and diliver the Company’s Objectives.
The Successful Candidate is Required to:
-Ensure good customer relationship management / regular status update
-Forward the proforma invoice to the Export Logistics department for loading / stuffing arrangement.
-Identify and appoint official country distributors in African markets and provide appropriate information for setting up new customers accounts in MFG in line with agreed distributor’s expectations.
-Follow up on customer order shipment until delivery for effective customer service.
-Ensure good customer relationship management / regular status update

-B.Sc in related field. An MBA will be an added advantage
-5-10 years working experience in similar role.
- Ideal candidates should have strong academic credentials coupled with solid, relevant work experience, where applicable. Equally important are soft skills developed through previous leadership and team roles. i.e. interpersonal effectiveness, communication skills, time management skills, presentation skills,
