An Estate Development & Services Company with the vision to build a leading worldwide Estate partnership firm with world class standards to the satisfaction of their clients, is recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location:  Lagos

Overall Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient management of properties in the Company’s portfolio in order to ensure the expected revenue growth and profitability target is achieved;
• Let, sell & properly manage properties in the company’s portfolio in order top achieve sales, revenue growth and profitability targets;
• Source for briefs with a view to meeting the revenue target of the company;
• Attend/conduct meetings & negotiations with and on behalf of clients to ensure success in briefs and matters being handled on their behalf;
• Handle matters as assigned to ensure the achievement of the company’s corporate objectives;
• To perform duties together with other members of the team to ensure smooth running of the company geared towards achieving its revenue target for the year.

Experience: 

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Real Estate marketing and Agency services with track records of sales/purchase of properties.
• A Bachelor's degree in Estate Management or related field.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a B.Sc or HND in Estate Management
• Must be a registered Estate Surveyor
• Must have adequate presentation and analytical skills
